AA/ Speaker Discussion (Hybrid) 12:30 pm-1:30 pm weekly Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of alcoholics dedicated to sobriety and recovery through its spiritually inclined Twelve Steps program. This group was previously held at the Augusta Soup Kitchen and has now been resurrected at the ARRC. The 12 step Speaker Discussion meetings include an A.A. member sharing his or her story of recovery.

Self-Improvement (Katie-Hybrid) 2:30 pm- 3:30 pm weekly Monday & Wednesday (different link on Friday) This workbook-based group is all about you. The workbooks this group will discuss will be about recognizing and correcting negative self-talk, learning to love yourself and take care of yourself. The group will also talk about, setting boundaries, healing from trauma, and PTSD. Discover new things about yourself and how to find the right balance in your life.

A collection of readings that moves through the calendar year one day at a time: A.A. members reflect on favorite quotations from the literature of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Wednesday – Open 9am-8pm

NAMI Connection Recovery Group (Don + Karyn- Zoom only) 3:30 pm- 5:00 pm weekly – This is a group for the former members of the now-closed Waterville Peer Recovery Center. Connections Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health challenge.

Roses Room (Rose- Zoom Only) 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm First & third Wednesday of the month only – Rose’s Room is a monthly support group for family and loved ones of incarcerated individuals. Rose’s Room motto is, “Individuals don’t go to prison, whole families go to prison.” These meetings act as a support to loved ones and the person inside of corrections. Formerly incarcerated, community support groups, faith-based organizations, and loved ones share the        Rose’s Room space, providing insight and hope that can only come from someone who has been incarcerated and/or helps those when they are released.

AA Big Book Study (In Person Only) 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm weekly – Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of alcoholics dedicated to sobriety and recovery through its spiritually inclined Twelve Steps program. In Big Book meetings, you will study the principles behind AA and participate in discussions about recovery based on excerpts from the book.

Thursday Night Thunda (Bruce & Johnny – Hybrid) 6:00 pm-7:00 pm weekly – What originally started as a support group for the participants of Co-occurring Disorders Court has led to an open and welcoming support group for ALL affected by substance use. This support group welcomes all pathways, and creates a judgment-free space for people to share their experiences, strength, and hope.

Reiki (Derek-By appointment only) Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, which is a subset of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Please call Derek Soucy at (207)458-4265 to make an appointment. Derek is a level 3 Reiki practitioner.
